Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card is specially designed to suit the needs of those consumers who'd like to take advantage of a miles reward program. While using to card to purchase frequently, card members get to earn miles per purchase with an option to earn more miles from additional cards issued to family and friends.

A long term introductory APR period applies to balance transfers. Purchase APR charged is moderate.

Additional cards are ordered on request. Each additional card has an individual spending limit with no annual fee incurred. Card members earn 5,000 bonus miles for ordering two additional cards.

Automatic bill payment, online account management, and online fraud protection are internet related services card members avail of at no extra cost. A year end summary of purchases helps document all card transactions for the year.

Card members incur a $95 annual fee waived for the first year.

Additional benefits include travel accident insurance up to $100,000 at no extra cost. Car rental purchases at Avis are discounted, and auto rental insurance covers against damage and loss of rental cars.

A special offer awards 20,000 bonus miles to new members on a first purchase. Everyday purchases (including Delta purchases) earn double miles. All other eligible purchase earn a mile per dollar spent. Card members with 25,000 miles qualify to redeem a Delta airlines ticket to an eligible destination within the U.S. Miles earned could be used to purchase a Delta ticket in full or part with no seat restrictions or blackout dates.

Retailers and merchants in the Offer Zone, provide discounts to customers who use this card as a means of payment. Card members are also made privy to special offers on a timely basis.

Purchases after a $100,000 yearly limit are limited to earning just a mile per $1 spent. All miles earned gathered do not expire except under certain conditions listed in the card agreement.
