The Granite Secured MasterCard has up to a $5,000 secured line of available and zero Fraud liability to boot. The credit line is reduced by a $60 Annual fee. In the example of a $500 line of credit, your initial available credit would be $440. Your credit scores can be used to determine your eligibility for a mortgages, car loan or even employment.

The Security deposit you make to secure the Granite Secured MasterCard will earn an Annual Percentage Yield of 1.01% (APY is accurate as of December 2, 2010). The account must maintain a $300 minimum daily balance to be eligible for this percentage rate. Approval is based on your credit worthiness and you must be 18 years old or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) and have a verifiable social security number.

The Granite Secured MasterCard can be used, as any other Master Card would be. It is accepted at all the same locations around the world at any location that has the MasterCard logo. The card comes with the Zero Fraud Liability and is totally safe to use. The Granite Secured Master Card has a low APR on all purchases and cash advances. However, cash advances will also be assessed a cash advance fee.
