Individuals looking for a credit card with no credit check can find comfort in the National Express Secured Visa Card. Anyone can be approved for the card because no minimum credit score is required to be approved. The application for the card is online. It can be filled out at any time of the day or night. Basic information is required including full name, mailing address and social security number. The approval is then given online and a card is sent out after a security deposit is obtained.

The secure Visa works similar to a traditional Visa. The main difference is that it must be secured with a deposit. The deposit can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars depending on what a person is looking for as a credit line. The larger the deposit, the larger the credit line. The deposit stays on the card and can be requested upon closing the account. It is 100% refundable, allowing a person to determine when they want to cancel the card.

Visa is a widely accepted credit card. Cardholders will be able to make purchases using the card worldwide. Anyone who accepts Visa will accept the card - no one knows it is secured except for the cardholder. It can be used for purchases online, in person or over the phone - as long as there is enough credit available on the line of credit.

Using a credit card is safer than cash. Cash cannot be used everywhere. Additionally, if it is lost or stolen, it is gone forever. With a credit card, it's possible to call the bank and have a new card sent. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced to ensure no one can spend on the old one, preventing unauthorized charges from showing up on the account.

With the secured Visa, it gives everyone an opportunity to improve. The card gives everyone the chance to have a credit card for purchases. The card also submits to the credit reporting agencies on a monthly basis. Experian, Expedia and TransUnion are all given reports on the activity, which can be used to increase the credit score of the cardholder.

Cardholders are given a low APR to begin with. This APR is applied to all purchases made on the card. The APR can be avoided by paying the balance in full on each statement period. The benefit to a secured Visa is that the APR is fixed. With a fixed APR, it cannot be increased - even when there is a late payment made on the account.

Managing finances with the card is made easy with online account tools. The advantage to using the Visa is that there are multiple ways to access account details. The first is by calling the toll free number on the back of the card. There is an automated system which will detail the balance, available credit and even the minimum payment due on the account. The other option is to log onto the internet to view account details. The same information that is on the automated system will be available online, as well as additional information. It will be possible to view statements and download them to the computer. Past purchases can be looked up based upon statement date. It is even possible to save postage and schedule a payment to be made online from a checking or savings account.

Fraud protection is included with the card as well. This protects identities and ensures unauthorized purchases aren't made on the card. In the event a purchase is made that was made without the cardholder's approval, the purchase will be voided from the card and the cardholder will not be held financially responsible for it.

Many features are included on the secured Visa. It's better than a prepaid card and it is offered to everyone regardless of credit score. FDIC insured, it's a card that many can benefit from.
