Discover Student Open Road credit card is designed to fit into the life style of the average student. It's a credit card for who haven't really gotten used to having a credit card in the wallet.

A mid term introductory APR period is applied towards purchases and balance transfers. Afterwards, purchases incur moderately low interest. Balance transfers and cash advances incur a 3% transfer or cash advance fee respectively.

Card members are protected from unauthorized transactions arising from leaky databases. Secure account numbers much differ from the credit card numbers are used whenever purchasing items online.
